Steg l\u00f8g &#8220;blanke&#8221; i olie kom estragon i og tils\u00e6t champignons.<\/p>\n<p>Efter kort tid (f\u00f8rend champignons\/l\u00f8g tager farve) tils\u00e6t Mornay sovsen. Lad denne blanding simre lidt.<\/p>\n<p>Kom de kogte ris i et ildfast fad og lig hellefisken (opt\u00f8et!) ovenp\u00e5.
